19. Our Guarantee

We guarantee our labor and workmanship after installation for up to 5 years from job completion date. All materials and products provided come with a manufacturer defects warranty at a minimum with longer warranties for more premium products. Any defects found in workmanship or materials will be repaired or replaced at no cost within warranty periods after completion. Warranty claims require contacting us so we can evaluate and provide solutions. Not all damage, repairs or issues post-install are covered in all cases. We reserve the right to determine coverage for each claim. Excessive damage, repairs needed due to accidents, weather events and other non-defect damage may have charges to customer if repairs or replacement is possible out of warranty coverage.

We manage any needed permits for your project from the city. We also do planning consultation and install based on any regulations and planning needed for fence codes and compliance laws locally. Our estimates and quotes include the time and materials needed to acquire permits, planning advice and installing to any regulations or fence codes for your city and fence type chosen.
